Noble Parks and Pool's Swimming Pool at Ocean City

Project Overview and Process

Below is the project overview of a commercial pool bulid at Ocean city from Ground Breaking to Finishing and Launching

Challenges:

The main challenges faced during the development, design, and construction of the outdoor living space were:

Construction work is typically noisy, but the estate rules restrict noise levels. This posed a challenge for the Noble Parks and Pool team, as they needed to find a way to build the pool, waterfall, and softscaping greenery while minimizing noise pollution.

Engaging in open communication and collaboration with Premises authorities ensured compliance with regulations while maintaining the project’s vision.

Incorporating the blue LED sign into the waterfall without compromising its natural appearance required precision.

Achieving the desired serene noise akin to a wild waterfall posed an engineering challenge.

Solutions:

The solutions that were implemented to overcome these challenges were:

To minimize noise pollution, the Noble Parks and Pool team used specialized equipment and techniques. They also worked during the hours when noise levels were allowed, as stipulated by the estate rules.

Engaging in open communication and collaboration with estate authorities ensured compliance with regulations while maintaining the project’s vision.

Our design team implemented a customized LED integration that seamlessly blended with the rocks, creating a harmonious visual effect.

Skilled engineers meticulously designed the water feature to produce a soothing noise, enhancing the natural ambiance.
